3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Karigar Responsibilities

  • Karigars must provide services honestly, professionally, and safely.
  • Any dispute between the user and karigar must be resolved between the parties, although MyKarigar may assist in mediation if required.

5. Payments and Charges

  • Service charges will be displayed on the website/app.
  • Payment methods may include cash, online payments, UPI, etc.
  • MyKarigar may charge a commission or service fee from karigars or users.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Users can cancel a booking before the scheduled time as per our cancellation policy.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days.
  • MyKarigar reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unavailability or other reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyKarigar is not responsible for:

  • Any loss, damage, or injury caused by the karigar.
  • Delay in service or non-performance.
  • Any disputes between users and service providers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and trademarks on MyKarigar are the intellectual property of MyKarigar and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if any suspicious, illegal, or harmful activity is detected.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
